First, I learned that I would not get the upgrade to Windows 7 despite my purchasing the computer on Dec. 29, 2009 well before the deadline for the upgrade. (Fortunately, you at Amazon did give me some financial credit for my not getting the upgrade from the manufacturer). When I attached the computer, Velocity Micro Edge Desktop PC would power up & then shutdown by itself in about twenty seconds. Velocity Micro Edge Desktop PC happened repeatedly. Tech support tried to help me...I disconnected & reconnected wires with their help, but to no avail. I will say the person I spoke with was helpful. They had no choice but to send the computer back to the manufacturer for repair. At this point in time, Velocity Micro Edge Desktop PC is with them, & I have not used Velocity Micro Edge Desktop PC at all. I can only hope Velocity Micro Edge Desktop PC comes back soon, & performs as I had hoped. I am happy,I bought this machine before the windows 7 was released & this guys have sent me the upgrade disc for Windows 7. Since then I didn't have any major issues with this computer, automaticly updating itself a works great.
